Please call 304-788-6602 to make an appointment. Walk-In service is also available, but appointments have priority so please call ahead if you can. We welcome your call and will be happy to answer any of your questions.
During your first visit, we will take a medical history of your pet. Bring any information with you that is pertinent to the medical record. If you have veterinary records for your pet that you wish to transfer, you may have them sent to us by mail or your former veterinarian may fax information to us.
